Blueshirts Off Our Back

Blueshirts Off Our Back is a team tradition that is a component of the fan appreciation night platform. During this post-game ceremony, a select group of Rangers fans have the opportunity to go onto the Garden ice and receive that night’s game used jersey directly from a Rangers player.  Anthony worked with team officials to orchestrate player involvement and order replacement jerseys for team inventory.  In the weeks leading up to the event, Anthony reviewed department requests and evaluated fan profiles to select a fair representation of the Ranger fan spectrum to participate in the ceremony.  He provided script elements to Event Presentation and managed the experience for participants including rehearsal and execution.
