Created and executed season and playoff marketing campaigns, encompassing OOH advertising, print, digital, and event branding elements in support of ticket sales.  Directed creative on all team marketing communications including ticket sales and retention collateral, Fan Development and Community Relations programs and events, Public Relations publications, digital, and game presentation.  Managed marketing budget and recapped brand campaign strategies to monitor results of all branding efforts.  Planned and executed all player photo shoots for team publications and television spots.  Managed player appearance requests for all business units of MSG Sports and coordinated with hockey operations to execute appearances throughout each season.

  • ‘Welcome to Rangerstown’ – Developed the Rangerstown campaign for the 2013-14 season to target die-hard fan base while appealing to new/casual fans to grow the brand. Drove the creation of style guides, managed agency for creation of player TV spots, and established brand positioning from analysis and research.

  • Rangerstown Hockey House – Built free, fan activation for 2014 Stanley Cup Playoffs which included 9 partner-funded activations visited by 40K fans and generating over 16M media impressions.  Fan experience was named a best practice by NBA and NHL.

Prior to joining the marketing department, promoted franchise through management of 500+ annual alumni player appearances and philanthropic events that raise funds for charities including Garden of Dreams Foundation, Ronald McDonald House of New York, Make-A-Wish Foundation.  Produced over 50 annual events and managed on-site media, syncing efforts with creative, marketing, corporate partners, and Rangers Alumni to increase brand awareness, deepen fan engagement, grow the game of hockey, and drive fan affinity.  Executed all team signing days and managed player autograph inventory for Madison Square Garden Company.

  • 2012 NHL Winter Classic – Managed the first NHL Winter Classic Alumni Game from concept to completion; including alumni invites, tickets, travel, hospitality, communications, staffing, appearances, and media interviews.

  • Player Retirement Nights – Planned and managed festivities to honor: Brian Leetch (2008), Adam Graves (2009), and Andy Bathgate and Harry Howell (2009).
